    Brittany Barbe will be speaking on Indestructible Documentation.   "You hear it all the time: document, document, document! Learn how to create documentation that would make any employment law attorney proud at this informational briefing. In this session, you will gain knowledge on with words to avoid, red flags for discrimination and the benefits and possible downfalls of electronic documentation.     Brittany Barbe's Bio:

    Brittney C. Barbe, a native of Boone, North Carolina and current resident of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, is an associate consultant of The Kegler Group. Brittney delivers high quality, in- depth HR offerings. Her expertise as a HR leader spans across the multiple industries that enables her to reinvent what HR is, should be, and will become. In addition to Human Resource Offerings, Brittney also offers training programs on generations in the workplace, diversity and inclusion, thinking outside the HR box and many more.

    Brittney is part of the East Tennessee State University where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies concentration on Business Management and Sociology. In addition, Brittney has a Masters in Business Administration. Her work is regularly published at leading magazine, Talent Culture. A Certified Professional from the Society of Human Resources. As a lifelong learner, Brittney continually seeks out certifications to broaden her service range and her own professional development. A member of the John Maxwell Team of coaches, trainers and speakers.

    Brittney has served as VP of Communication and VP of Programs for the Coastal Organization of Human Resources. She has also served as VP of Communications for Femfessionals and volunteers regularly with Habitat for Humanity, Myrtle Beach Humane Society, JUMP Start, Horry County Rape Crisis Center and many more. When Brittney isn’t consulting, training or speaking she enjoys blogging, traveling and spending time with her husband, Joey.
