Program Details:
3M is consistently recognized as one of the world's most innovative and admired companies and one of the best companies for leaders and aspiring leaders. During this program, we will view a DVD which explores 3M's outstanding succession planning and leadership development process. In addition, April Wolfe, T & D Manager for ESAB North America, will facilitate discussion and will share some local examples of how succession planning works at ESAB.
This program is approved for one hour of general recertification credit by the HR Certification Institute.
